awesoMux
A Swift macOS terminal built on libghostty, with vertical sidebar tabs and first-class agent UX.

If you're like us (and we sure hope you're not) you spend far too much time in your terminal, juggling li'l robots who are doing work for you. And, still presuming you're like us (sorry 'bout that), you've looked at other terminals and asked a very simple question:
"Why is this thing so freaking ugly istg?!?!?"
We got real tired of that nonsense, told all the other terminal multiplexers to kick rocks, and built awesoMux.
awesoMux embraces having far too many sessions open: each one lives in a vertical sidebar, making it easy to find what the hell you're looking for, your assorted agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, even Grok for crying out loud) report their status at a glance, and your sessions survive your cat spilling iced tea on your laptop through the power of the amx backend. And, for all those markdown docs your agents are writing for you, we have a built-in viewer that opens beside your terminal, and includes a kick-ass commenting system that definitely didn't steal its inspiration from Google Docs, no sir, not us.
Not into AI? That's fine! Turn all the agent shenanigans off and it's still the most organized - and pretty as all get-out - your terminal has ever been. 'Cause you deserve nice things, too, bud.
