Awesome Random Tagline is a lightweight WordPress plugin by eD that extends the core Site Tagline block. Instead of showing the same static tagline, you provide a list and one is randomly selected server-side on each page load — no flash, no JavaScript, just instant variety. Taglines can be managed right in the block inspector, and you can bulk import/export via CSV.
